Raw Balls

155g almonds
100g cashews
360g medjool dates, pitted
2 tablespoons of pepitas
2 tablespoons chia seeds
3 tablespoons coconut oil
3 tablespoons cacao powder

Place all ingredients in food processor and whizz for 30 seconds or more, depending on the strength of your processor.

Roll teaspoons of the mixture into balls using your hands. Roll the balls in desiccated coconut to coat.

Makes 18-24 balls
