Almond and Banana Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 3/4 cup of self raising flour – gluten free
  • 1/2 cup of coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of desiccated coconut

Place 2 bananas in thermomix sp 4 for 10 seconds

Add remaining ingredients sp 4 for 30 seconds

Bake in oven on 180 degrees for 60 mins.

Sprinkle with extra desiccated coconut and enjoy!
